8. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, designs, and platform content belong to MoveByte Technologies Pty.

  • You retain rights to the content you post but grant us a license to display it on our platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We provide Swaply Ads “as is” and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, we are not liable for losses resulting from the use of the platform, including fraud, scams, or disputes between users.

10. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms, break the law, or harm our community.
